Connecting to Kern River Citrix Servers
For users who access Rapids via the "Launch Rapids" link on this website, connectivity to the following server is required to ensure reliable, uninterrupted access to the application:

    131.219.0.18 - services.kernrivergas.com

    131.219.0.16 - rapids.kernrivergas.com

        TCP ports 80, 443

Once the above IP address and ports are open, you should be able to connect to Rapids by the Launch Rapids link in the top right of the page.
